      Hey, Sorry for the late reply - didn't see your message (FYI, a question on youtube directly may be found quicker!)

      Actually there's nothing fancy about the dress. the outer bones control the 'silhouette' of the dress (the mask) and the outer points of the masked line details... moving the bone just changes the skirt shape and elongates or shortens the stripes.
