This is how to create an X-Ray effect in MOHO or Anime Studio using two separate characters and then rigging them to the same set of bones. Then, all you need to do is add a little bit of masking and boom! I believe this will work for even much older version of Anime Studio as long as you've got the masking option!

In part 3, I show my animation work flow. Using the character and rig we created in parts one and two, now it's time to add some life. I show the animation in real time at the end. Thanks for watching.

In this character rigging video tutorial we are going to talk about a really cool feature that was added in Anime Studio 11.2 known as the sketch bones tool. With this tool you can create complex bone systems and animate those bones with ease!

This is a tutorial for adding movement to a character that is already rigged with bones. It's less a tutorial and more on how to make key frames for quick movements. This is assuming you already know how to rig a character with bones.

I've made a few tutorials about walk cycles before but I still get a lot of questions about them so I thought I'd make this quick one to show you how to make a walk cycle in detail with instructions and also how to easily change it into a run cycle and change the pace in which your character moves.
It's very simple to do if you have a rigged character and for those of you who have MOHO 12, my character included in the library already has this walk cycle included with it so you can easily use this to convert it into a run cycle if you need!

This is part one of how to make South Park characters in Anime Studio. This really only covers the first part of making the head and rigging the mouths. It's very simple but setting up the mouths takes a little bit of time. The other parts I plan to make should go much faster than this one but we will see! I'm just making it up as I go!!

In the second part of our advanced head turning tutorial series, we rig up a mouth capable of movements via a Smart Bone. Like the eyes in part 1, this will allow us to create a more polished head turn in our third part.
