If you are wanting to animate a character or object slowly appear or disappear you can try using this technique.
You MUST have Anime Studio 11 Pro or MOHO 12 Pro to do this as it uses the new color points tool!
This tutorial uses a combination of masking, color points and some layer settings to achieve this effect.

This tutorial shows some very basic techniques in making moving typography in Anime Studio or MOHO. I'm really new to typography but I think Anime Studio and MOHO you can do some really cool stuff with it.
I know other programs can do motion typography much easier and even have some default settings but I made this to show that it can be done in inside of these programs as well.
Given time, I think that anyone that uses Anime Studio/MOHO will be able to some amazing work with text and titles.
Anyway, again this is just a very simple way to start learning how to integrate text and sound together to make an animation. I'm sure I'll make a follow up tutorial on this subject when I'm a little bit better at it!

Hello everyone! I was trying to think of a way to create a special effect that looked similar to those summoning spells you see in video games and anime cartoons and this is what I've come up with.
It's not too....complicated but it does go into the concepts of using 3D space so just watch carefully, follow along and you should be alright.
There are 3 different effects shown in this tutorial and all are based on particles so if you like stuff like this, make sure you watch my other particle based tutorials as well so you get a better understanding of how they work.
And saying that, when working with particles....make SURE you play around with the settings! I can't stress enough that getting something to look the way you want takes a lot of tweaking! I can make dozens of tutorials on effects but you'll never grasp how they work unless you experiment!!!!
Anyway, hope you enjoy the tutorial!

In this Anime Studio Tutorial, we look at how to create a background using the brush settings of a simple line.
As the line can be as long as needed, this technique is ideal for long repeating / looping designs.
This tutorial comes with help from Jorge Merino - Graphic Designer. He has also very kindly provided some sample brushes for this tutorial which can be found in the supporting content.

This is another physics-based tutorial in which you learn how to add physics to your character inside of an animation. You need to have the pro version of Anime Studio pro (at least version 9 I think) or MOHO 12 pro in order to use the built in physic engine.
This tutorial is easy to use but the results can vary widely due to the fact that physics animations just do what they want but that's the fun part! Playing with just a couple of settings can really change the outcome of your animations in just seconds. Sometimes they look great and sometimes they can be a twitchy mess. But if you looking for a fun easy way to automatically generate a character falling or have an object to explode, physics is the way to go!
Just play with it and have fun! Couple of things to REMEMBER, you need to have bone strength turned on for a rigged character to have physics applied to it. Also, while a character is being affected by physics you can NOT animate it! Pose your characters before and after physics is turned on!
