The Mystery Gang is back in "Ducks on a Pond"! When an unseen force hits Kathryn O'Loughlin McCarthy with a snow ball, the Mystery Gang springs into action. Before too long, they find themselves in a tense race against time. Or maybe a deadly game of cat and mouse. Or a web of intrigue that goes all the way to the top. Yes, that sounds best. Let's go with the "web of intrigue" one.
Note to self: don't forget to go back sometime and remove references to the "tense race against time" and "deadly game of cat and mouse".

The exciting conclusion of another episode of The Wisecracking Car that Solves Mysteries. A monster is on the loose, and only the Wisecracking Car that Solves Mysteries and his friends can solve the mystery. And make wisecracks, I suppose.
If you are wondering about the villain's strange outfit, it seems that each episode's villain has left a little something behind for the next villain to wear.

I think that I should mention here that I started entering these contests as a lark, but then I noticed something interesting. Making these silly one minute cartoons seemed to give my productivity a boost and now I'm getting more work done on my "regular" animations. So I feel like I'm coming out ahead even if my cartoons have no chance of winning! For that, I thank you animestudiotutor.com!

All the townspeople are in a panic! A monster is happening! And there is pollution! Who can untangle this web of mysteries? Why, none other than the Wisecracking Car that Solves Mysteries and his friends, of course!
Running on the DuMont Network on Saturday mornings from 1971 to 1974, the Wisecracking Car that Solves Mysteries was a cultural phenomena that delighted the nation. It spawned a spin off TV series (the Morose Boat that Fails to Solve Anything), a live action movie, board games, Broadway shows, and an ill-fated text adventure game for the Sinclair ZX80 computer.

My homage (which I believe is the French word for "rip off" to the exciting denouement of every single episode of Scooby Doo that I ever saw.
