Two thirds of the Great Triumvirate are back in their latest adventure. A brief stopover in the middle of the forest turns into a tense confrontation as Webster and Clay battle creatures that could only be described as...
Straight out of a Maurice Sendak book!
Yes, I was so hard up for a monster idea that I used "Where the Wild Things Are" as my inspiration. Of course, my art skills are so poor that Sendak's estate won't sue me for copyright infringement, but they may come after me for defamation of character for associating his name with my animation.

I never seem to stick with my storyboard and always go off on a tangent once I start creating. I particularly enjoyed creating this animation and in particular, enjoyed using Smart Warp on the Giraffe & Boy image. Images were sourced from Pixabay (always a great place to find free to use images) and music is from Youtube Audio Library (a great place for free to use music and audio sounds). The boy in the bed uses bones and Actions, but has no skeleton. I think this is the first time I have tried this. I still learn from every animation I create.

This was a great chance to try out frame-by-frame animation for the fire. The fireman character is a derivative of a character licensed from Freepik.com , for which I do have a licence. Further use of the fireman character would also require a licence from Freepik. I have to admit that I spend far too much time creating these animations, but love doing it and am continually learning both Animation techniques and the MOHO program. I hope you enjoy.
Nb. Fireman the world over do a great job, even if I am taking the mickey out of them!
Nb. sound files not uploaded as I the system won't accept ogg files.

Sorry I missed the part about character design. My illustrations are by Kate Greenaway (public domain) an illustrator of the late 1800s. Just a simple tale of the girl who grew to large. (8'3" though it's not mentioned) great learning experience, but the deadline looms...
