This is one of the first times I have attempted to animate in Moho without vector graphics. I used a mesh for the face and eyes and drew the character. I think that the painterly look is quite cool.

Realized that the Raptor robot was a little too complicated to fully animate in the time I'd allowed myself, but I adapted and hopefully this animation comes out alright, especially with it's little twist.

As usual I think the story should come first followed by the characters and then the animation. I only animate one part of a character at a time. The viewer can't cope with too many things happening at once. Another rush job. Why does it always have to be rush job?. Perhaps if there were a few more days in the month it might help.

To enable me to get this animation how I wanted this month, I had to research xylophone tunes on youtube, then re-make them myself using onlinesequencer.net and animate the skeleton to play the correct bones.

This is my third entry into the AnimeStudioTutor.com monthly competition.

After rigging the characters, I left myself only 2 days to animate. I hope you enjoy.

The song was an original.

Made in Anime Studio Pro 11 using particle and vector layers.
This is version 1, the waves aren't right at the moment, but they do kind of give the impression of moving water.
Please comment/share if you know of a better way to animate the waves.

A simple butterfly rig using smart bones.

One smart bone controls the wings, the other the antennae.

An example is included of how this could be used in a particle layer to create lots of butterflies quickly.

You will need Anime Studio Pro 9.2 to use this file
