Competition Rules

By entering the competition, you agree to these rules and accept the decisions of the judges appointed by AnimeStudioTutor.com as final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these competition rules, in its sole and absolute discretion.

The competition is open to anyone, however, if you are under the age of 18, you must have written consent from your parent or guardian prior to entering the competition. We reserve the right to require that the parent or guardian of any person under the age of 18 confirms in writing that they agree to be bound by these competition terms and conditions and will accept any prize, if any, on behalf of a winner under the age of 18. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

1. The shared files rules apply to the competition as well.
   
2. Each month there will be a different theme. Only entries matching this month's theme will be allowed.
   
3. You may enter more than once, but each entry must be submitted individually and be unique.
   
4. Missing files may lead to your entry being disqualified.
   
5. Files entered into the competition cannot be edited or deleted. If you do need to make a change you will need to get in contact.
   
6. Only files submitted within the submission time will be entered.
   
7. If there are not enough entries, we reserve the right to extend the competition.
   
8. Competitions may or may not have a prize. If there is a prize it will be made clear in the description.
   
9. If there is a prize, and we are unable to contact you within one month of the competition end, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
   
10. Voting will continue for one month once the competition submission is closed.
    
11. The winning entry will be chosen from the top three entries with the most votes. These will be judged, and our decision will be final. The top five will be shown under the title "current finalists".
    
12. If the top three entries are from the same person, then we reserve the right to only allow one to give others a chance.
    
13. If voter fraud is suspected, the votes in question will be disqualified.
    
14. The winner will be notified by email and shown on the website within 30 days after voting is closed.
    
15. The results of the competition will be available in the results history.
    
16. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
    
17. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
    
18. If the prize is an Amazon voucher, this will be sent to the winner's email address set in their animestudiotutor.com account.
    
19. If the prize is an Amazon voucher, then Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon, Amazon.com, and the Amazon.com logo are registered trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon.com Gift Cards ['GCs'] may be used only for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com. 20. We reserve the right to amend these competition rules at any time. If we do, we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition terms and conditions on this page.
    
21. These competition rules are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
