Moho (Anime Studio) Tutorials

What do you do when confronted with the monster you dread? Perhaps you can run, but you can't hide. Well, one person's monster is another person's hero – why else would so many come out to cheer on the monsters at the Monster Day Parade?
Three tutorials by ShoNuff93 were instrumental for the confetti and for the lightning monster effect as well as the cloth banner carried by the "monsters."

This quick example file shows a few ways to use image textures with vector layers in Anime Studio

Starting at the top left and going clockwise:
1. This star has bones to manipulate its shape. Notice how the image texture bends and morphs.
2. The texture is moved and resized
. Only the stars points have been moved
4. The vector layer has been scaled and rotated
5. The layer has been moved and rotated

*The image texture is added as a style effect

This example file uses the smart warp layer feature of Moho Pro 12 to morph the texture.
A grid was first drawn, then 'draw' > 'Triangulate 2D Mesh' was selected to create the suitable warp layer. This grid was then applied to the image layer via layer settings > Vectors > Smart warp layer. On frame 1, this grid was then moved to the curves of the t-shirt.
Masking and bones were also used.
