This is a simple setup that has an image of a guitar follow a path with notes following.
This could be done with particles, but doing it this was is quick and easy.

Here's one way to create a nice smooth, rounded line in Anime Studio - use a custom brush!

Download and unzip the round image (AST Round_1_0_0_1_0_0_0_1.png) into your custom brush folder.

Tip: tick the "Tint brush using stroke color" option to color the line.

My first attempt at lip sync. Too much mouth movement. Took bloomin ages to do. Moral...Have lots of animation going on to detract from noticing the mouth movements I altered the line thickness depending if the shot was a Close up. That scheme works quite well I think. Again time consuming though. .

Continuing on in the endless animation education, today's contribution centres on importing svg's. They tend to get a little large, if you are not careful. Make sure you are saving them at the size you need. Especially important for line thickness. They can be edited in MOHO, and sections moved for animation, which is a plus.

For an animated rotating brush > Brush Settings > Brush angle drift > set to a high number
Then extend the line in your animation to view the effect.
